Goinglaz Rushing
Concentrated and savory blend of flavors, expertly crafted from neighboring grapes, with a smoky dimension and earthy undertones. The addition of smoky bacon fat, deep chicharrone, and salty prosciutto elevates this dish to new heights, paired with a zesty and creamy cheese that adds a delightful contrast. A truly enjoyable and lavish experience.
Elleor
Rich and sophisticated wine with a delicate oxidative edge, providing a nuanced and bracing experience. The aromas are similar to of dried red fruit and potting soil, with a suggestion of green undertones. The bracing quality is high, the body is medium, and the tannins are low, resulting in a wine with plenty of character and complexity. Overall, a highly fulfilling experience.
Tanatep

The wine's gentle tactile quality and nuanced nuances of cherry, griotte, and floral flavors are flawlessly smooth by its lively liveliness and polished tannins. A delightful, easy-drinking wine with a charming finish.
