Serious and precise wine with a minerally character. It was a good match for an apero, but lacked the kind of joy I typically find in these bottles. It would have been better paired with food. The palate was highlighted by by black cherry, blackberry, and wet stone notes. The body was light, with high acidity. The grip was good, but could have benefited from a fatty chicken and potatoes to elevate it. I would recommend it for a meal, but not for a casual drink. I will be returning it.

Sweet and slightly tangy wine with a supple finish, featuring nuances of apple and stone fruit, refined by a trace of sweetness.

I've had this before, but it's a rare occurrence that I've failed to notice the sheer abundance of blueberries.

Voss Experts4.0

Anne Sophie Dubois Fleurie 'Les Labourons' is a wine that immediately delights with its finesse and complexity. It typically exhibits a beautiful ruby red color with hints of purple. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of fresh red fruits like cherries and raspberries, complemented by floral notes, particularly violet, which is characteristic of Fleurie wines. There's also a subtle hint of spice and minerality. The palate is treated to a smooth and elegant texture, with flavors of ripe red berries, a touch of pepper, and a slight earthiness. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, and the wine has a balanced acidity that adds to its freshness and drinkability. The finish is graceful and lingering, with a persistent fruity and floral aftertaste.
