The 2022 Angel Falls Sauvignon Blanc presents a luminous pale straw hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. On the nose, it unfurls a bouquet of zesty lime, freshly cut grass, and a whisper of elderflower, underscored by a mineral edge that speaks to its terroir. The palate is a precise interplay of crisp acidity and a fleshy core, showcasing notes of green apple and passion fruit. A saline minerality adds depth, leading to a clean, invigorating finish. This Sauvignon Blanc exemplifies the varietal's New World expression, balancing exuberance with a refined structure, ideal for immediate enjoyment.

Angel Falls Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from grapes grown in the cool, maritime-influenced climate of New Zealand's Marlborough region, renowned for its vibrant Sauvignon Blancs. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to capture the variety's signature zesty character. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh, aromatic profile typical of the region. This wine showcases bright citrus and tropical fruit notes, with a crisp acidity that enhances its refreshing quality. Designed for immediate enjoyment, it pairs well with seafood and light salads, offering a quintessential expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
