Angel Falls

Angel Falls is a winery founded in 2012, with David Choi as proprietor and a production facility in the Santa Ynez Valley in central California. Its first wine, Angel Falls Syrah, was produced with help from Peter Stolpman and Sashi Moorman.

Angel Falls works with winemakers who grow organically, dry-farm, harvest by hand and use native yeast. Its wines include Sauvignon Blancs from Loire Valley vineyards aged between 13 and 65 years, primarily in Sancerre, Pouilly Fume and Touraine.
