Weingut Nik Weis - St. Urbans-Hof is a wine estate in Leiwen on the Mosel, founded in 1947 by Nik Weis’s grandfather. Its founding also saw the establishment of one of Germany’s first private vine nurseries. The estate is managed by Nik Weis and his family.

Its approximately 50 hectares of vineyards stretch along roughly 60 kilometres of the Mosel and Saar. Five single-vineyard sites hold VDP.Grosse Lage classification, including Bockstein in Ockfen on grey Devonian slate. The estate follows FAIR’N GREEN principles for sustainable viticulture. Its wines include Riesling and estate-level wines from Pinot varieties, while its VDP.Ortslagen and VDP.Grosse Lage sites grow only Riesling. All wines are fermented exclusively with natural yeasts.
