At the Valentino Butussi winery, some of the vineyards date back to the 1960s alongside more recent plantings. The winery has been certified organic since 2013, following conversion completed in 2008.

The estate is located in the Friuli Colli Orientali appellation and has a total area of about thirty hectares, eighteen of which are planted with vines. Its vineyards are divided across Godia, Madonna d’Aiuto, Dolegnano, Lucchitta, Gramogliano, and Braida, where the vines are trained using the single or bilateral Cappuccina system. The grapes grown are Friulano, Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Ribolla Gialla, Chardonnay, Verduzzo Friulano, Picolit, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, and Pignolo. In winemaking, steel tanks are used for current vintage wines, concrete and large un-toasted wooden barrels for selections, and traditional 700-liter Friulian barrels for white reserves.
On VinoVoss, Valentino Butussi has 1 wine in stock: 1 white. Their average rating is 4.5 out of 5 from 1 rating.
