Two Paddocks was founded in 1993 by Sam Neill, and the winery was named Two Paddocks because friend Roger Donaldson planted the neighboring land at the same time. Grapes were first planted in the Gibbston Valley in 1993, with the first vintage produced in 1997, and the winemaker is Dean Shaw.

The First Paddock in Gibbston Valley comprises 4.6 hectares of Pinot Noir planted in 1993. Red Bank Farm & Vineyard in Alexandra Basin is a 130-acre farm acquired in 2000 that serves as the home farm and private paddock club house, while The Fusilier on Felton Road in Bannockburn was acquired in 2013 and is six hectares of Pinot Noir. Two Paddocks is committed to an organic and holistic farming model. Winemaking uses wild yeasts and minimal intervention, and its wines include Two Paddocks Estate Pinot Noir.
On VinoVoss, Two Paddocks has 2 wines in stock: 1 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 62 ratings.
