Burn Cottage is a Pinot Noir producer in Lowburn, Central Otago, New Zealand, established in 2003. Marquis and Dianne Sauvage visited the site in the early 2000s; the vineyard property, previously grazed by sheep, was purchased in 2002. The vineyard is owned by the Chicago-based Sauvage family, and Claire Mulholland is general manager and winemaker.

Farming has been organic and biodynamic from the start, using grazing animals, compost, cover crops and native New Zealand plantings. Grapes are hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard and winery, while winemaking values indigenous yeasts and avoids additions wherever possible. Its wines include Pinot Noir and Burn Cottage Vineyard Riesling Gruner Veltliner 2022.
On VinoVoss, Burn Cottage has 1 wine in stock: 1 red. Their average rating is 4.3 out of 5 from 46 ratings.
