Titus

At Titus, Dr. Lee Titus purchased the land in 1968 and took over farming the vineyard. The Titus family had its first harvest in 1969, and fruit was first crushed for the production of Titus Vineyards wines in 1990. Phillip serves as Director of Winemaking while Eric manages the winery and vineyards.

The winery is located at the base of Howell Mountain along the Silverado Trail in Napa Valley, within the St. Helena AVA, where The Ranch Estate is a 50-acre vineyard property. Farming avoids pesticides, biocides, and unnecessary fertilization, and encourages cover crops, beneficial native species, and soil health, while mature vines are kept at yields of approximately seven pounds per vine.
