Silver Oak is a wine producer in Oakville, California, founded in 1972 by Ray Duncan and Justin Meyer. In 2001, Meyer retired and sold his share to the Duncan family. Its winemakers have included Daniel Baron and Nate Weis, with Laura Oskwarek serving since 2025.

Its vineyard holdings include Soda Canyon Vineyard, purchased in 1999, while Soda Canyon Ranch is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Alongside farming 19 estate vineyards, it owns a Missouri cooperage, selecting white oak, seasoning staves and toasting barrels to its specifications. Its wines include Cabernet Sauvignon aged exclusively in American oak, and its winemaking practice involves blending wine lots before barrel aging. The wines undergo nearly five years of maturation in barrel and bottle, allowing their components time to harmonize.
