Established in 1692, Taylor’s is one of the oldest founding Port houses. Its origin begins with the arrival in Portugal of English merchant Job Bearsley. Taylor’s is an independent company in which family members play a leading role in all areas of the firm’s activity. Alistair Robertson is company Chairman, and Adrian Bridge serves as CEO.

Based in Oporto and the Douro Valley, the company is involved in all stages of the production of its Ports. It promotes sustainable and responsible viticulture, and grapes are handpicked from the vines. The São Xisto vineyard uses the vertical planting technique (vinha ao alto). Acquired in 1893, Quinta de Vargellas is classified as a Class A vineyard, while Quinta de Terra Feita is situated on the west bank of the River Pinhão. Its wines include Vintage Ports, blended from Quinta de Vargellas, Quinta de Terra Feita, and Quinta do Junco, as well as Chip Dry White Port, first blended in 1934.
On VinoVoss, Taylor's has 6 wines in stock: 6 fortified. Their average rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 858 ratings.
