Pradorey's estate was acquired by Queen Isabella the Catholic in 1503 for 2,286,333 maravedís. In 1921, a hydroelectric dam was built on the Duero River to supply energy to the estate, winery, and inn. Agronomist Javier Cremades de Adaro bought the estate in 1989 and began planting the first 200 hectares. The first red and rosé vintage under the Pradorey brand in Ribera del Duero was released in 1996. In 2020, facilities were expanded and 12 hectares of white varieties were planted to produce white wines in Ribera del Duero.

The estate spans 3,000 hectares, with 550 hectares of estate-owned vineyards in Ribera del Duero across 12 distinct areas. Grapes grown include Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Élite clone. The winery holds IFS and BRC certifications. It also uses 21,000-liter French Nevers oak vats alongside traditional 225- and 300-liter barrels of French, American, and Central European oak.
On VinoVoss, Pradorey has 3 wines in stock: 3 red. Their average rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 44 ratings.
