Dominio de Punctum

Dominio de Punctum was founded in 2005 through the initiative of three siblings. The estate operates as a family-run winery present in over 40 countries. Ruth Fernández serves as the oenologist and production director.

The estate's vineyards are located in the province of Cuenca at 800 meters above sea level. These vineyards feature clay-limestone soils and a continental-Mediterranean climate. No synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals are used in the vineyards or the winery. Biodynamic viticulture incorporates lunar cycles, the application of natural preparations, and the encouragement of biodiversity among the vines.
