Mollydooker

Mollydooker is a wine producer founded in 2005 by two left-handed winemakers, Sarah and Sparky, with its first vintage produced that year. In 2017, Sarah took the reins at Mollydooker, where she is owner and chief winemaker. Each spring, vines are inspected twice weekly and supplied with ample water to grow a protective canopy. During winemaking, Mollydooker uses nitrogen to protect the wine and minimise sulphites. Its wines include Gigglepot Cabernet Sauvignon, Blue Eyed Boy Shiraz and Velvet Glove. For Velvet Glove, fruit selection requires a minimum fruit weight of 95%.
