Jaffelin

Jaffelin is a wine trading house in the historic centre of Beaune, founded in 1816 by the Jaffelin brothers. Its oenologist and winemaker, Marinette Garnier, makes the house’s cuvées there.

The house’s cellars have housed the wines of the Collégiale Notre Dame de Beaune and of princes of the Church. Its winemaking facilities were completely restored in 2004 and fitted with precision equipment.
