La Chablisienne is a cooperative winery in the heart of the Chablis vineyards, founded in 1923 by winegrowers encouraged by Abbé Balitrand to face the economic difficulties of the time. Its œnologue, Vincent Bartement, received the White Winemaker award in 2014, 2016 and 2020.

The Château Grenouilles estate, to which La Chablisienne became heir in 2003, lies at the foot of the Grenouilles slope in the heart of the Grands Crus hill. Member winegrowers press the grapes close to the vines to preserve must quality, while receiving the harvest as must gives La Chablisienne full control of vinification. The cooperative then handles settling and alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Fermentation and ageing take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks or, for its cru selections, 228-litre oak barrels.
On VinoVoss, La Chablisienne has 1 wine in stock: 1 white. Their average rating is 3.6 out of 5 from 159 ratings.
