Hestan Vineyards

Hestan Vineyards is named for Helen and Stanley Cheng. In 2004, Jeff Gaffner was hired to launch the Stephanie Bordeaux-style blend label, and in 2009, Thomas Rivers Brown joined the winemaking team to direct the Hestan and Meyer programs.

The estate is located on Napa Valley’s remote eastern slopes, where its vineyard and gardens are sustainably farmed and 100% solar powered. The estate features 110 acres planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, and Grenache. Hestan Vineyards also operates a small Chardonnay vineyard planted at the mouth of the Napa River. Winemakers Jeff Gaffner and Thomas Rivers Brown produce wine from these varietals, and its wines include Hestan, Meyer, Stephanie, and Vincent Christopher.
