Hecht & Bannier

Hecht & Bannier is a Mediterranean wine producer active since 2002, with Gregory Hecht and François Bannier creating wines under their names from the first vintage. It has been certified by Ecocert since the 2007 vintage.

All the partner cellars it works with produce certified organic grapes. It buys grapes as well as finished wines after fermentation, bringing them to its own cellar to oversee their aging. Its blends usually combine five to ten distinct origins. For barrel aging, it favors large vessels, particularly demi-muids, for gentler oxygenation suited to its Mediterranean grape varieties.
