Elizabeth Rose belongs to Ghost Block Estate Wines, established in 2004 when the Pelissa family decided to create wines from their grapes. In 1902, Joseph Pelissa arrived in Napa Valley from Liguria, Italy, and purchased the family's first 35 acres in 1903. The family-owned estate is guided by fourth and fifth generation members of the Pelissa family. Andrew Hoxsey is a fourth-generation grape grower and Managing Partner, and Jeff Onysko, who graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Wine & Viticulture, is the winemaker for Elizabeth Rose.

All Elizabeth Rose wines are grown at Block House Vineyard, which spans 292 acres in Yountville. The estate-owned and managed vineyards have been certified by California Certified Organic Farmers since 1991. Block House Vineyard grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Cinsault, Flora, Grenache, Malbec, Merlot, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Syrah.
On VinoVoss, Elizabeth Rose has 4 wines in stock: 3 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 47 ratings.
