Domaine Gachot-Monot is a family wine estate in Corgoloin, founded around 1890 and managed by five successive generations. Marguerite Monot ran it alone from 1952 to 1978; her daughter Marie-Thérèse, helped by her husband Jean-Pierre Gachot, renovated, replanted and named the estate. Damien Gachot joined his mother in 1993, and he and Liselotte Gachot manage the estate.

Its roughly 18 hectares span Corgoloin, Comblanchien, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Saint-Aubin, with plantings mainly of Pinot Noir, alongside Chardonnay, Aligoté and Gamay. Here, vineyard work combines year-round ploughing with pruning, careful selection of fruiting branches and hand leaf removal. Grapes are sorted in the vineyard and on a sorting table, then vinified following Burgundian traditions, with 14–16 months in oak barrels before bottling. Its wines include Côte de Nuits-Villages, its flagship appellation, as well as Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny and Saint-Aubin.
