Domaine Félines Jourdan began in 1983, when Gilbert's sons Michel and Serge purchased Domaine de Félines, comprising 40 ha of vines, fields, orchards, and an old winemaking cellar. Claude joined the family business in 1995, succeeding her mother in winemaking. Serge retired in 2014, and Claude Jourdan heads the estate, managing both winemaking and vines.

The estate borders the Thau lagoon. Its vineyard extends over 95 hectares, including 55 hectares in AOP Picpoul de Pinet. The Félines terroir sits on the shores of the Bassin de Thau with clay-limestone soils composed of mollasses with limestone shards. The Les Cadastres terroir is a plateau in the Picpoul de Pinet appellation with alternating white marl and clay-limestone soils, at an average altitude of 45 meters. All wines are vinified using estate grapes and bottled at the estate cellar.
