Brown Estate is a wine label established in 1996, with origins in a family ranch in the eastern hills of Napa Valley. In 1980, the parents purchased the abandoned ranch, rehabilitated its neglected homestead and planted viniferous grapes. The family farmed these grapes for a decade and sold them to local winemakers. In 1995, the children decided to make their own wine. Following the label’s establishment, its first three vintages debuted at the ZAP Grand Tasting in San Francisco in January 2000. Brown Estate’s production facility is in Saint Helena. Its wines include Brown Zin, whose first bottling came from grapes harvested in 1996.
On VinoVoss, Brown Estate has 7 wines in stock: 4 red, 2 white, 1 rosé. Their average rating is 4.3 out of 5 from 170 ratings.
