Bodegas Asenjo & Manso is a winery in Ribera del Duero with origins around 1908, when Aquelino Asenjo began planting vines in La Horra. His son Teófilo worked to maintain and expand the vineyards, and in 2004 Teófilo’s children, led by Jesús Asenjo, launched the winery project.

Its 60 hectares span more than 100 plots with clay, sand and limestone soils. The vineyards were partially replanted in the 1980s, introducing new grape varieties; the vines average 30 years old, with some exceeding 100. The winery uses only grapes from its own vineyards, where vines are bush-trained and yields are kept around 5,000 kg per hectare. Grapes are harvested by hand, bunch by bunch, and its wines include am3, Ceres, Silvanus and A&M.
