Baron-Fuenté

Gabriel Baron and Dolorès Fuenté are the founders of Baron-Fuenté. The house's first cuvées were made exclusively from the family's 17th-century vines in Charly-sur-Marne. Later, the Lété-Vautrain family brand joined in 2011. Sophie Baron manages the vineyard, administrative operations, and commercial development, while Ignace Baron serves as the winemaker.

The estate is located in Charly-sur-Marne, situated west of the Champagne winemaking region, on the Coteaux de la Vallée de la Marne. The vineyard extends to Château-Thierry following the joining of the Baron-Fuenté and Lété-Vautrain families. In winemaking, certain cuvées are vinified in oak barrels. Its wines include Galipettes Brut and Galipettes Rosé cuvées, which are certified organic.
