Horatia
The nose is quite green, with a pronounced green bell pepper and herbaceous notes, alongside some chalky and gravelly undertones. A dash of red fruit is also present, although it's not as pronounced as some of the other notes. The flavor is dry, with a medium body and fine tannins, accompanied by sharp acidity. The follow through is herbal, with a mild length and a peppery aftertaste. Overall, the wine is well-balanced, but could benefit from a bit more complexity and a longer aging process. The San Pablo wine is still a bit more austere, but it's also more smooth and harmonious.
