Zesty and zesty blend of peaches, apricots, and lemons, with a nuanced elderflower note that adds a touch of sweetness. The freshness is sharp and crisp, harmonious by a smooth, ripe fruit mix that's both alive and vibrant. The feel is racy and refreshing, with a suggestion of Lees exposure that adds richness and complexity. The conclusion is saline, with a light brioche note that lingers, leaving a enjoyable aftertaste. Overall, a fine and easy drink that pairs well with sushi.
