Coto de Gomariz (María Álvarez Serrano) X Godello 2024

This Godello presents a luminous straw hue, indicative of its vibrant character. The nose unfurls with precision, offering a bouquet of white peach, quince, and a whisper of honeysuckle, underscored by a mineral edge that speaks to its Galician roots. On the palate, it is both expansive and focused, with a creamy texture balanced by a spine of zesty acidity. Notes of ripe pear and lemon curd are interwoven with a subtle saline quality, leading to a lingering finish that resonates with hints of almond and wet stone. A quintessential expression of Godello's potential for elegance and depth.
