This unoaked blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo from Silice Viticultores is a stunning example of fresh and vibrant white wine. On the nose, notes of fresh citrus, white flowers, and subtle herbs mingle with a hint of minerality. On the palate, the wine is crisp and zesty with bright acidity and a balanced body. Flavors of ripe lemon, green apple, and passionfruit linger on the finish. Enjoy this wine with a plate of grilled seafood or a light pasta dish.
