Lisam6028 Dorville
Crisp and zesty wine with a clear medium lemon color and a dry finish. The nose is clean and intense, with nuances of honey and apple cider. However, the profile is defined by by a high level of acidity, which gives way to a sour and puckering sensation. The follow through is long and dry, with stewed apple flavors lingering on the palate. while it's a good example of the style, the acidity is a bit too high for my taste.
Jts Eine
A nuanced and compelling blend of citrus, stone fruits, and nuanced anise notes, expertly graceful by a racy tartness that effortlessly withstood the diverse culinary challenges presented by the Michelin-starred restaurant's menu.
Marelize Bespeatih
Sophisticated and engaging blend of citrus and stone fruits, with a understated miner's note that adds body and nuance to the ultimately profile. The finish is refreshing and herbaceous, with a warm, spicy trace that fades slowly on the palate. A enjoyable and engaging wine that is sure to please.
