Viña Coterro Rioja Crianza 2022

Rich, smooth wine with a deep, crimson hue, adorned with a subtle sheen. The rim is velvety and refined, whereas the legs are sturdy and well-defined. A elegant seamlessness of sweet and tart undertones is evident, with notes of cherry, smoke, and a touch of citrus. The aroma is subtle, yet inviting, with a whisper of licorice. Aged to perfection, this wine has released its full potential, revealing a silky body and a detailed interplay of red fruit, fresh acidity, and leather. Paired with a variety of cheeses, including Gouda and Tico, the wine's smoothness and layers complement the notes beautifully. A truly remarkable wine that improves with age. A solid 4.0 out of 5 stars, and a stonking worth for the price. A worthy addition to any wine collection.

Deep, deep ruby shade with a delicate sheen. Fresh, fruity aromas of blueberry and raspberry mingle with suggestions of cassis and vanilla, accompanied by a warm, spicy whisper of black pepper.

Rich, soft smoothness with a deep, inky fruit character, blended by gentle undertones of blackberry and a soft vanilla finish, leaving a clean and graceful aftertaste.
