I was initially opposed to Rose due to the body of Brads and Beckis, but this particular vintage was exceptional. The flavor profile was a delightful combination of strawberry and cherry, with a gentle dryness that harmonious out the sweetness of the fruit. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refreshing and elegant Rosé. 100% would return to this bottle again.
Schmukon
Light and easy wine with a mineral profile that provides a soft depth.
Nipper
Pairs well with the gentle flavor profile of crudo seabass, delivering a elegant symmetry of profiles and textures.
