Voss Expert tasting note
The nose is an inviting bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of brioche, indicative of its secondary fermentation.

Samny
Pale yellow hue is accompanied by a faint marmalade aroma, which is somewhat overpowering. However, a strong helping of cat pee and a dash of moldy mushroom are also present, adding a distinctively unpleasant character. The sweetness on the label is matched, but the in summary adventure is dry and unbalanced. This wine is a disappointment.
Eniada
Balanced and bracing wine that is perfect for special occasions, such as becoming an optician. Its moderate sweetness and light dryness make it a impressive selection for those who prefer a mellow drink. The bottle was kept for decorative purposes, adding a touch of elegance to the celebration.

Villa Jolanda Saint Valentine I Love You Spumante receives mixed reviews. While some appreciate its moderate sweetness and light dryness, making it suitable for special occasions, others find its aroma unpleasant, with notes of cat pee and moldy mushroom. The wine's pale yellow hue and faint marmalade aroma are noted, but its overall balance is questioned.
This effervescent Spumante presents a pale straw hue with a persistent, fine mousse. The nose is an inviting bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of brioche, indicative of its secondary fermentation. On the palate, it offers a delicate balance between crisp acidity and a subtle sweetness, reminiscent of ripe pear and citrus zest. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a hint of almond that lingers elegantly. While not a complex offering, it stands as a charming example of approachable sparkling wine, perfect for celebratory toasts or as an aperitif.
