On the nose, it offers a bouquet of fresh citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with vibrant acidity that balances the fruit flavors. There are also subtle mineral undertones that add complexity to the wine. This Israeli white blend receives praise for its balanced combination of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, featuring bright acidity, citrus notes, and subtle minerality. While many appreciate its food versatility and elegant structure, some note occasional lack of depth. Reviews highlight its herbal complexity and oak integration, though a few find it more straightforward than memorable.
