Galil Mountain Winery (יקב הרי גליל) Yiron 2022

Galil Mountain Yiron is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile and balanced blend of red and black fruits, oak, and spices. While some appreciate its smooth texture and complexity, others find it too modern or lacking in strength. The wine is noted for its aging potential and versatility with food pairings, offering a satisfying experience for both casual and discerning drinkers.

This Galil Mountain Winery (יקב הרי גליל) Yiron is a full-bodied, complex red wine with aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, and dried herbs. On the palate, it is well-structured and balanced, with flavors of ripe black fruits, earthy notes, and hints of oak. The finish is long and lingering, with a pleasant hint of spice. This well-crafted red wine is an elegant expression of the unique terroir of the Galilee Hills.
