Dimensional and fascinating nose, with citrus and melon suggestions that are expertly balanced by a nuance of stone, and yet the palate is defined by by a tangy and salty strawberry flavor, accompanied by a touch of yeast. A perfect pairing with a quatro formaggio pizza.

I'm not impressed with the thyme candles and fake strawberry chapstick. as I'm not overly upset, I'm not entirely satisfied either. I'll return them.

Tour of Italian wines in the Americas, featuring 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero, with a blend of 11.5% ABV. The wine is fermented separately with Pinot Nero experiencing 6-7 days skin contact, then blended together in tank for 60 days on fine lees. The aroma is driven by by yeast, strawberries, flowers, and hay, with a clean liveliness and flavors of bitter almonds, lemons, limes, grapefruit, unripe strawberries, and watermelon rind. The close is tangy and citrusy.

Torresella Prosecco Rosé is appreciated for its refreshing and fruity profile, with notes of strawberry, citrus, and melon. While some enjoy its balanced flavors and effervescence, others find it lacking depth and complexity. The wine's aroma includes floral and yeasty hints, and it pairs well with light dishes. Opinions vary, with some praising its elegance, while others are less impressed.
The Torresella Prosecco Rosé is a light and refreshing sparkling rosé with a soft pink hue. On the nose, it offers aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, and a hint of wild strawberry. On the palate, it has a bright acidity and a creamy texture, with flavors of raspberry, honeydew melon, and a hint of mandarin orange. The finish is crisp and pleasant, leaving behind a lingering hint of floral notes. Overall, this is an enjoyable sparkling wine that pairs nicely with light dishes or enjoyed on its own.
