Tiefenbrunner Feldmarschall von Fenner Müller

The WS-100 and Parker-100 peach are ideal for a chefs table setting. The citrus accents are significantly well-suited for this application.

Vibrant encounter with a lesser-known grape variety, Thurgau, that unexpectedly echoes the characteristics of Riesling, with its mineral and sulfurous notes, matched by elegant suggestions of citrus and stone fruit, a enjoyable surprise.

Rich, vibrant yellow shade with a light green undertone. The wine is clean and full-bodied, with a sophisticated and layered profile that unveils a range of floral, herbal, and spicy notes, accompanied by petrol, ripe peach, and honey. Aged in large oak casks for 7 months, this wine is dry but generously proportioned, with a vibrant tanginess and a trace of minerality. The conclusion is long and satisfying, with a chewy mouthfeel that stays on the palate. Overall, this is a well-balanced and engaging Riesling that is exploring very well now.
