The Prisoner Saldo Chenin Blanc is a unique and intriguing white wine. On the nose, it offers vibrant aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, along with hints of citrus and floral notes. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with a luscious texture and a well-balanced acidity. Flavors of ripe peach, honeydew melon, and a touch of vanilla are complemented by a subtle mineral undertone. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering impression of fruit and freshness. This wine is a delightful choice for those seeking a white wine with character and depth.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.
