The Arsonist Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its concentration and depth. On the nose, it unveils a complex bouquet of blackcurrant, cassis, and dark cherry, interwoven with hints of cedar and graphite, suggesting a well-judged oak regimen. The palate is robust and full-bodied, with finely grained tannins providing a firm structure. Layers of ripe plum and blackberry are complemented by a subtle earthiness and a whisper of dark chocolate. The finish is long and persistent, marked by a vibrant acidity that ensures balance and elegance. This wine exemplifies the bold character of California Cabernet.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.
