Maila
Harmonious and elegant wine that highlights the best of Etna's terroir, with a elegant symmetry of fruit, acidity, and tannins. The mid-ruby shade is a testament to the wine's complexity, meanwhile the medium intensity and ripe fruit tastes are nostalgic of a well-crafted Cali Pinot. The full-bodied tactile quality and sleek aftertaste make this a excellent pick for those seeking a sophisticated and accessible wine.
Annelene
Delicate and understated Etna Rosso from the esteemed producers of Sicily. With its elegant and gentle character, it shares a certain kinship with the esteemed Burgundies of the region. The wine's ruby pigment is a testament to its high altitude and old vines. The flavor profile is recognized by a consistent harmony of red fruits, containing cherry, raspberry, and earth, with a light hint of vanilla and a hint of tobacco. The freshness and tannins are well-balanced, yielding a medium-bodied wine with a dry finish. A wine that defies the typical Sicilian character, yet is certainly worth exploring further.
Serm
Luscious and dimensional wine with a deep, round texture. The color is a pale ruby hue, suggestive of a warm summer day. The nose is a masterful blend of sweet and savory notes, featuring layers of candy, cherry, and blackberry, alongside accents of tobacco, smoke, and green herbs. The palate is a smooth symmetry of flavors, with a focus on cherry, chocolate, and leather, accompanied by a pleasing tannic backbone and a refreshing acidity. Overall, a wine that is both drinkable and refined, with a long finish.

This Etna Rosso receives praise for its elegant balance of red fruits, earthy complexity, and refined structure, drawing comparisons to Burgundy. While most appreciate its harmonious acidity and tannins, some note vintage inconsistency or excessive youthfulness in recent releases. The wine showcases Sicilian volcanic terroir through persistent notes of forest floor, leather, and minerality.
The Tenuta delle Terre Nere Etna Santo Spirito Rosso is an exceptional wine from the Etna region in Sicily, Italy. On the nose, the Santo Spirito Rosso offers enticing aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by subtle hints of spice and earthiness. These aromas continue to evolve and become more complex with time, revealing additional layers of dried herbs, forest floor, and a touch of minerality. The palate is equally impressive, with a medium to full body and a velvety texture that coats the mouth. The wine displays a perfect balance between fruitiness and acidity, with vibrant flavors of red berries, plums, and a touch of black pepper. The well-integrated tannins provide structure and contribute to a long, lingering finish.
