Tenuta Sette Cieli is nestled beside the plots where Sassicaia is crafted. This Scipio is a remarkable find! 100% Cabernet Franc produced from distinct plots, each vinified separately. Fruity aromas with spicy whispers - a nuanced wine that will mature well. The wine is crafted by the enthusiastic Elena Pozzolini and boasts a promising future.

What the web is saying

Tenuta dei Sette Cieli Scipio's Cabernet Franc is praised for its complex balance of fruity aromas, spicy undertones, and nuanced oak. The full-bodied wine features elegant tannins and a sophisticated profile with dark fruits, graphite, and herbal notes. Crafted by Elena Pozzolini, it offers a long, satisfying finish and aging potential, though some note firm tannins requiring patience. Consistently described as refined and harmonious, this wine promises continued development.

Voss Experts4.3

Fruity, floral, and spicy notes on the nose; ripe and complex flavors of wild berries, black currants, and Mediterranean spices. On the palate, it is mouth-filling and meaty with a wide range of complex flavors. Wonderfully rich yet fine-grained tannins and perfectly integrated acidity provide the necessary structure. In addition to the aromas on the nose, there are also notes of sweet herbs. Long, intense, and creamy finish.
