Tattoo Girl Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Tattoo Girl Cabernet Sauvignon receives mixed reviews. Some appreciate its medium dry, fruity profile and smoothness, while others find it too acidic and unremarkable. The wine's bouquet includes sweet vanilla, strawberry, and earthy notes, ending with a tart cherry finish. The label's artwork is noted, but opinions vary on its overall impact.

Displaying a deep garnet hue, the Tattoo Girl Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a bouquet of blackcurrant and ripe plum, interwoven with hints of cedar and graphite, suggesting a classic expression of the varietal. On the palate, the wine reveals a robust structure, with firm, well-integrated tannins and a core of dark berry fruit. Subtle notes of dark chocolate and a whisper of eucalyptus add complexity, while a balanced acidity ensures a lively finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon stands as a commendable representation of its regional pedigree, offering both depth and elegance for the discerning palate.
