Deep ruby red in the glass, this Cabernet Sauvignon opens with an expressive nose of dark fruit, lifted by floral and spicy notes and a subtle mineral thread that reflects its high-altitude origins. On the palate, it is full-bodied and focused, with firm, polished tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, precise finish of real elegance. Best enjoyed alongside grilled or roasted red meats, herb-crusted rack of lamb, or aged hard cheeses that can stand up to the wine's structure and depth.

Gmpa
Well-balanced and subtle wine with a elegant blackberry and cherry flavor profile, accompanied by a hint of tobacco and spice. The lasting impression is clean and refreshing, leaving a satisfying aftertaste.
Woongjin
Rich, soft wine with a deep, dense color, featuring accents of blackberry, leather, and deep chocolate, making it a true gem. A stonking merit for its quality.
Poidevin
Nuanced blend of red fruit, sour cherry, and red currant, with a understated oak presence. The vanilla and chocolate layers add depth, though the pepper resonates on the palate. A solid effort, but not one that importantly stands out.

This Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon is celebrated for its full-bodied richness and complex profile featuring blackberry, oak, and spice notes. While praised for smooth tannins and a long finish, some note bold tannic structure or occasional simplicity. Reviews highlight its value and versatility with hearty dishes.
