Yahnick
Delightful addition to my wine collection, thanks to Stoller's thoughtful wine set. The pandemic has indeed prompted wineries to curate such sets, and I appreciate the effort. A 50ml bottle is a amazing size for a tasting. The nose is a symphony of pineapple, apricot, Meyer lemon, honey suckle, and jasmine, with a lively linger that lingers. The brightness is well-balanced, with a slightly tart and underripe fruit note on the finish. A 12.5% abv. rating is well-deserved. I look forward to returning to Stoller's winery again.
Bendiks
Refreshing and crisp wine with a zesty and dry finish, featuring a seamless harmony of tropical fruit aromatics and nuanced spice notes. Its medium liveliness and medium body make it a versatile pairing option, apt for a variety of culinary experiences, with seafood dishes like salmon and shrimp scampi, as well as a simple yet satisfying aperitif.

This unoaked Chardonnay from Dundee Hills receives praise for its vibrant citrus notes, crisp minerality, and balanced acidity, with prominent flavors of green apple, pear, and pineapple. While many appreciate its zesty, food-friendly character and stainless steel freshness, some note occasional tartness or underripe fruit nuances. The wine's lean profile and versatility with seafood pairings make it a refreshing choice.
This Stoller Family Estate Chardonnay is a full-bodied white wine with complex aromas of pineapple, mango, and lychee. On the palate, it is full-bodied and round, with a creamy texture and flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, and a hint of oak. The finish is long and lingering with a touch of spice. Enjoy this refreshing white wine with fresh seafood or poultry dishes.
