Spasso Pinot Grigio opens with delicate aromas of green apple, pear, and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, it is light-bodied and refreshing, with a clean minerality and a balanced acidity that lingers pleasantly. Perfectly complements seafood dishes like shrimp scampi, grilled calamari, and oysters. It also pairs beautifully with light salads, white pizza, or creamy risottos, making it an ideal companion for casual meals or elegant dining.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.

Spasso Pinot Grigio is a crisp and expressive white wine from the renowned Delle Venezie appellation in northeastern Italy. Crafted from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, it embodies the region's unique microclimate and diverse soils, ranging from clay and sand to gravel. The vineyards benefit from an ideal environment influenced by the Dolomites, Lake Garda, and the Adriatic Sea, ensuring the grapes reach their finest potential. Using gentle de-stemming, soft pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel, the winemaking preserves the varietal’s purity and vibrancy. Spasso Pinot Grigio is a delightful representation of the area's dedication to producing wines that are both elegant and authentic.
