Seméli Aetheria Malagouzia - Chardonnay is praised for its exotic tropical fruit flavors, including mango, pineapple, and peach, with a smooth, creamy texture and balanced acidity. While some find it lacks freshness, others appreciate its full-bodied nature and harmonious blend. The wine is versatile, pairing well with various dishes, and is seen as a good value for its quality.
The Seméli Aetheria Malagouzia - Chardonnay is a delightful blend of two grape varieties, Malagouzia and Chardonnay. These fruity aromas are complemented by subtle floral undertones, adding a touch of elegance to the overall bouquet. The palate is filled with flavors of ripe peach, pear, and apricot, which are enhanced by a touch of vanilla and oak from the Chardonnay. It pairs wonderfully with seafood dishes, such as grilled shrimp or roasted salmon, as well as creamy pasta dishes and soft cheeses.
