Scotto Family Cellars Chardonnay

Scotto Family Cellars Chardonnay is appreciated for its smooth blend of oak, citrus, and green apple, with hints of vanilla and butter. While some find it lush and round, others note a subtle minerality and lingering pear finish. It's considered easy-drinking and pairs well with comfort foods, though opinions vary on its complexity.

Displaying a pale straw hue, the Scotto Family Cellars Chardonnay opens with an inviting bouquet of ripe pear, white peach, and a whisper of honeysuckle, underscored by subtle oak nuances. The palate is medium-bodied, offering a harmonious interplay of creamy texture and vibrant acidity. Flavors of baked apple and lemon curd are elegantly balanced by a hint of toasted almond, leading to a clean, mineral-driven finish. This Chardonnay exemplifies a well-crafted expression of California's terroir, suitable for both immediate enjoyment and short-term cellaring, promising to complement a range of culinary pairings.
