Scattered Peaks Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Scattered Peaks Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with notes of blackberry, cherry, and oak. Many appreciate its smooth texture and well-balanced tannins, while some find it lacking depth. It's considered a great value for its price, pairing well with hearty dishes. While some find it polished and sophisticated, others note it may need more time to reach its full potential.

Scattered Peaks Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine that offers a complex bouquet of ripe black fruits, toasted oak, and baking spice aromas. On the palate, the wine is chewy and layered with flavors of black currant, blackberry, and subtle flinty notes. The finish is long and lingers with a hint of dried herbs.
