Scattered Peaks Cabernet Sauvignon NV

Round and velvety, Jon's favorite choice.

Rich, full-bodied wine with a deep nose featuring tones of tobacco and purple fruit, accompanied by a medium finish. as it may not be the most polished wine, it is certainly a winter wine of substance.

Rich, full-bodied wine with a smooth touch and a deep, concentrated color. The tastes of oak and ripe blackberry accents are expertly balanced, with a subtle note of tartness that adds profoundness and complexity. The tail is velvety and satisfying, with a lingering aftertaste of ripe cherry. A superb cost effectiveness for the price, this wine is a perfect pairing for hearty, savory dishes like beef and lamb kabobs. A well-crafted, casual wine that is sure to please even the most discerning palates.
