This Scarpetta Prosecco is a well-balanced and vibrant sparkling wine. Its aromas of white flowers, citrus, and hints of green apple are nicely integrated with a creamy mousse on the palate. The palate is light and refreshing with a pleasant acidity and a long, pleasant finish. Enjoy this Prosecco as an aperitif or as a refreshing accompaniment to light dishes.

Seguchi Dreisker
Crisp and elegant wine with a refreshing and mineral-driven profile, featuring a cohesive symmetry of green apple, honeysuckle, lemon, and honeydew melon notes, accompanied by a velvety and round texture. Its bracing freshness and elegant sweetness make it an ideal pairing for faint seafood dishes, particularly oysters on the half shell.
Distef
Clean and lively wine with a elegant mineral undertone, its undertones of pear and honey provide a sweet and soothing complement to the concentrated hints of chicken orzo soup.
Chethan Dueler
Bracing and refreshing wine with a grassy, slightly sour apple undertone, nostalgic of Lafayette's racy acidity.

Scarpetta Prosecco is praised for its crisp, refreshing profile with green apple, pear, and citrus notes. It pairs well with seafood and is versatile for cocktails. While some find it elegant and lively, others note a slightly sour apple undertone. Its effervescence and minerality are appreciated, though one review mentioned a cork issue. Overall, it's a delightful, easy-drinking wine with a balance of sweetness and acidity.
