Reasonably priced, unassuming Chardonnay from the south of France that holds its own when paired with rich, pan-seared fish dishes.

Voss Experts4.5

Displaying a luminous straw hue, the Saveurs du Temps Chardonnay opens with an intricate bouquet of ripe stone fruits, notably white peach and apricot, interwoven with delicate floral notes and a whisper of toasted almond. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious balance between its creamy texture and vibrant acidity, underscored by subtle nuances of lemon curd and a hint of minerality. The finish is elegantly prolonged, leaving traces of vanilla bean and a touch of hazelnut. This Chardonnay exemplifies the finesse and precision typical of its terroir, making it a compelling choice for discerning palates.
